This is very desirable & sought after TY Beanie Baby. It has PVC Pellets. The tush tag is the Made in China version. There is no stamp on the inside of the tush tag. Tush tag is dated 1997. The material of the Beanie is clean and mint. The hang tag has some discoloration on it (maybe mildew?) I am not sure.
