Standard Return: We want you to be completely satisfied, We can take
your return with-in 30 days of the receipt date of the product. Please note
shipping charges that we paid to mail the order can not be refunded, we can only refund actual price of the item
returned less any shipping charges. You will be credited back the exact way you paid, and to the same
credit card. Your return must be in NEW, SEALED or UN-OPENED Condition and
exactly the way it was sent to you. (Exceptions: individually secret coded items for online use may not be returnable, please inquire with customer service.)
Incorrect Item Sent Return: We make every effort to make sure your order is exactly correct, In the event a wrong item was shipped we will exchange it for you. The item must be sent back to us for an exchange for the correct item. Any shipping charges will be reimbursed by BBToyStore.com for returns that are due to our mistaken items (credits are posted with-in 7 days of our receipt). Please contact us via email with-in 48 hours if there is a mistake with your order. so we can provide you with exchange/return options and authorize the return of your exchange (We will only credit shipping that we authorized). The easiest way to return the item is by USPS First class mail or Priority Mail. In certain circumstances we will provide you with a pre-paid label.
Incorrect Item Ordered Return: If you ordered an item you thought was something else (example: ordered a Beanie Baby instead of a Beanie Buddy) or ( ordered Non-Holo card and thought it was a Holo ) etc... We can take the return and will exchange the item for you. Please contact us by email with-in 48 hours to explain the exchange and then send the item back to us with a note explaining what you are exchanging for. Note: we do not credit shipping for this type of return. If there is a difference in price we will either charge or credit accordingly.
Damaged Item Return: We will accept returns if an item was damaged during shipping. Any item(s) returned must be returned with original invoice and original box (or packing material). In the event of a damaged item we will exchange it for a different one. If a different one is not available we will refund your money. Refunds will be at the discretion of BBToyStore.com. We reserve the right to reject any refund if an item was damaged intentionally or if a different item was returned. Shipping can be credited back on an exchange if prior arrangements are made with customer service (This policy applies to US residents only).
Refused or Late Returned Orders: Any shipments or items that are refused or sent back after the 30 day return date, Can be subject up to a 20% re-stocking fee (Or a refund for the current price of the item, whichever is lower) . Shipping will not be credited. We will also not credit for damage or opened merchandise by the customer.
Please make sure which ever return applies to you that you put a copy of the invoice in the box and a short note explaining what you need us to do. Returns get sent to our address

Orders that are not deliverable due to incorrect addresses may be shipped again after the correct address is provided. We will re-charge for the exact shipping cost. If your order comes back to us we will contact you first to see if you would like it shipped again or refunded. (UPS note: In the rare event that UPS changes or corrects your address, or you requested an address change they may bill our account for this service. We will generally charge for this request)
Orders may be cancelled as long as they have not been processed, usually the same business day. Please contact us via email to cancel an order. We will let you know if your order has been processed, shipped or successfully canceled. If you want to cancel an order which has been processed, the above information regarding returns applies.
BBToyStore.com reserves the right to void or cancel any order if we find
any security risks or fraudulent credit card charges are involved.
If an item is marked Pre-Order this means that the item is not in stock yet. An item that is sold as a pre-order has been ordered from the manufacturer but has not been released. A pre-order item will note an approximate shipping date (this date is subject to change.) We update the shipping date based on the information that we received from the manufacturer. Pre-Orders are shipped on a first come first serve basis, as soon as the items arrive in our warehouse we process and ship them out immediately.
If you place an order for items that are on pre-order & for items that are in stock we may split your order to ship the in stock items out immediately. All pre-order items will be authorized and billed at the time the order is shipped; for this reason only credit card payments are accepted for pre-orders. You can not order pre-order items and pay with PayPal. Additional shipping charges will apply when the pre-order merchandise is shipped out. If we have any shipping discounts or promotions at the time your pre-ordered item(s) ship out we will apply them to your order. If you have multiple pre-order items & the items are due in around the same date we will wait to ship until the order is complete, in an effort to limit shipping charges. Once again all pre-order dates are approximate & subject to change or even cancellation.
CANCELLING A PRE-ORDER
Pre-Orders can be canceled at anytime as long as they have not shipped. If the order has shipped the standard return policy applies if you would like to return the item please see our return policies listed above.
Back-Order & Out of Stock Items:
While we make every effort to keep our Inventory up to date we do run into certain circumstances where an item gets over sold or mis-counted. In the event your order contains an item or larger quantity than we have available we will notify you to see if you want the item refunded or back-ordered to ship at a later date. If your order contains a back-order to ship at a later date you will not incur any additional shipping charges.
