Shipping Rates:
BBToyStore.com uses several methods of shipping and gives
you a selection of shipping methods to choose from. The two
main companies we use are USPS (United States Postal Service) & UPS
(United Parcel Service).
Shipping rates for these services are calculated by delivery
location, items being purchased & the weight of the package. Not
all services may be available. Below shows the starting
prices for these services. The exact shipping price &
services available will be shown at checkout
before completing your order.
The following are rates for United States residents:
- USPS First Class Mail: (starting at $3.25)
- USPS Priority Mail: (starting at $6.00)
- UPS Ground: (starting at $7.00)
- UPS 2nd Day Air: (starting at $15.00)
- UPS Next Day Air: (starting at $25.00)
PO Boxes, APO, FPO, Puerto
Rico & US Territory: Addresses will only be shipped by USPS
Priority Mail, or USPS First class mail.
Alaska & Hawaii: Addresses will not be shipped by UPS Ground. They will be shipped by the USPS service or UPS 2nd Day Air/ Next Day Air if chosen.
The following are rates for International customers:
- Standard Shipping (Canadian Residents) (starting at) $8.00 - Standard
Shipping (UK, & Ireland Residents) (starting at) $12.00 - Standard Shipping
(Japan, Australia & All Others) (starting at) $15.00
Shipping Times:
We generally process and ship orders with-in
48 hours after we receive them (exception Pre-order items, see below). We will
expedite your order if you have chosen a faster shipping service. Please
be aware that there are certain exceptions to shipping times due to Credit Card
processing, High order volumes or Item availability. If there is going to
be a delay with your order we will contact you via email to explain.
The following are general shipping transit times for US residents after
the order ships:
USPS First Class - Approximately 2-9 Days (depends on delivery location)
USPS Priority Mail - Approximately 2-4 Days (any location *exceptions see below)
UPS Ground - Approximately 1-6 Days (depends on delivery location)
UPS 2nd Day Air - 2 Days (any US location)
UPS Next Day Air - 1 Day (any US location)
Special Note about shipping times: US Postal Service - Delivers
Monday through Saturday (not Sunday or Holidays) UPS - Delivers Monday
through Friday (not Saturday, Sunday or Holidays)
* Exceptions for USPS Priority Mail are APO, FPO, Puerto
Rico & US Territories, These times can take anywhere from 4 - 14 days and
sometimes longer.
Please note that circumstances do arise that are beyond our control. For
instance extreme weather conditions, lost or misrouted packages due to UPS or USPS, as well as credit card authorization problems. In these rare
situations, the delivery time can be delayed and expected shipping times are not guaranteed. We do everything
within our control to expedite every order.
The Following are Approximate Transit Times for International Customers:
- Standard Shipping (Canadian Residents) 1 - 4 weeks - Standard
Shipping (UK, & Ireland Residents) 1 - 4 weeks - Standard Shipping
(Japan, Australia & All Others) 1 - 6 weeks
Shipping Rates for international customers vary extremely depending on
delivery location, size of package, number of items & price of the
order. The General delay for international shipments are International
Customs from your country. Please note that the customer is responsible
for any duties & taxes are imposed
by your country at your country's border, this is an importing fee that most
countries charge.
Custom fees are very common especially when ordering from the UK &
Canada. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country. For more information we suggest that you contact your local customs office before ordering. (If
a package is stopped in customs it may be a longer delay for delivery).
Sales Tax, Duties & Currency:
All New Jersey residents are charged
7% state sales tax.
International customers are responsible for any additional
customs duties or charges applied at the time of delivery by
International Customs.
All
dollar amounts are in US currency. Your credit card company will give
you the best rate of exchange at the time of purchase. Please note we do
not accept any foreign check or money orders. All check and money orders are to
be in US Currency
Return Policy:
Standard Return: We want you to be completely satisfied, We can take
your return with-in 7 days of the receipt date of the product. Please note
shipping can not be refunded, we can only refund actual price of the item
returned. You will be credited back the exact way you paid, and to the same
credit card. Your return must be in NEW, SEALED or UN-OPENED Condition and
exactly the way it was sent to you.
(Note: All Webkinz items at this time are non-returnable due to the unique codes that come with them)
Incorrect Item Sent Return: We make every effort to make sure your order is exactly correct, In the event
a wrong item was shipped we will exchange it for you. The item must be sent back
to us for an exchange for the correct item. Any shipping charges will be
reimbursed by BBToyStore.com for returns that are due to our mistaken items
(credits are posted with-in 7 days of our receipt). Please
contact us with-in 48 hours if there is a mistake in your order. The
easiest way to return the item is by USPS First class mail or Priority
Mail.
Incorrect Item Ordered Return: If you ordered an item you thought was
something else (example: ordered a Beanie Baby instead of a Beanie Buddy) or (
ordered Non-Holo card and thought it was a Holo ) etc... We can take the return
and will exchange the item for you. Please contact us by email with-in 48 hours
to explain the exchange and then send the item back to us with a note explaining
what you are exchanging for. Note: we do not credit shipping for this
type of return. If there is a difference in price we will either charge or credit
accordingly.
Damaged Item Return:
We will accept returns if an item was
damaged during shipping. Any item(s) returned must be returned with
original invoice and original box (or packing material ). Refunds will be at the
discretion of BBToyStore.com. We reserve the right to reject any refund if an
item was damaged intentionally or if a different item was returned.
Refused or Late Returned Orders Any shipments or items that are refused or
sent back after the 7 day return date,
Can be subject up to a 20% re-stocking fee for price of the Item(s) (or a Refund in the amount of the current listed price of the item).
Shipping will not be credited. We will also not credit for damage or
opened merchandise by the customer
Please make sure which ever return applies to you that you put a
copy of the invoice in the box and a short note explaining what you need us to

Cancellation Policy:
Orders may be cancelled as long as they have not been processed (this is usually the same day). Please contact us via email to cancel.
If the order has been processed, meaning we have charged your credit card and need to refund it, we reserve the right to refund less than 10% to recover any credit card fees we are charged.
We will let you know by email if the order has been canceled successfully or has already been shipped out. If you want to cancel and the order has been shipped the above information regarding returns applies.
BBToyStore.com also reserves the right to void or cancel any order if we find
any security risks or fraudulent credit card charges are involved.
Pre-Order Items:
We do occasionally sell Pre-Order items which means we are selling items
that are not instock yet. Pre-Order items are noted like this
"(Pre-Order ships late ...)" usually noting the expected ship
time. You may order these items just as you would any item on our website,
when the item is instock and ready to ship out we will process the order immediately.
Pre-Orders are shipped on a first come first serve basis so the earlier you get
in your order the faster we can ship it out.
Ordering Pre-Order items is just like any other order. Once you place the
order your credit card is authorized and charged for the purchase. If you order
a Pre-Order item with instock items your order will be held until ready to ship
all together. If you would like items that are on Pre-Order as well as items
that are instock you are encouraged to place two separate orders.
Pre-Orders can be canceled at anytime as long as they have not shipped yet.
If the order has shipped out the above return policy applies if you would like
to return the item
Back-Order & Out of Stock Items:
While we make every effort to keep our Inventory up to date we do run into
certain circumstances where an item gets over sold or mis-counted. In the
event your order contains an item or larger quantity than we have available we
will notify you to see if you want the item refunded or back-ordered to ship at
a later date. If your order contains a back-order to ship at a later date
you will not incur any additional shipping charges.
